We will assist your efforts to obtain financing by providing cost breakdowns, descriptions of materials, lists of subcontractors and financial reports to your financial institution. We will provide you with a project schedule and cash flow analysis. These will display tasks to be performed, scheduled dates of completion for each task and the amount of funds that will be required at specific stages. This schedule can be adapted to your financial and design requirements.
